Biography:

Brandon Letulier joined Laborde & Neuner in 2004. The magna cum laude UL graduate, who received his law degree from LSU, specializes in maritime and corporate law. His admiralty law experience ranges from personal injury and property damage to oilfield indemnity disputes and liens under the Louisiana Oil Well Lien Act. Mr. Letulier also handles commercial contract disputes, corporate veil piercing, successor liability, and shareholder disputes. His corporate law practice includes business entity formation and contract negotiations, such as Master Service Agreements, sales, leases and franchises.
He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Lafayette Parish Bar Association, the Lafayette Young Lawyers Association and the Duhe Inns of Court. Mr. Letulier also remains involved with his alma mater, Northside High School, by lecturing during its annual Law Week and serving as the school’s Mock Trial Coach.
